Kerala HC: Dissenting Views of Minority Members Does Not Constitute Arbitral Award - 18.04.2022

Kerala High Court has observed that the Arbitral Tribunal can pass only one arbitral award and not multiple awards, stating that dissenting views can't be made the basis of a proceeding for setting aside the arbitral award or proceedings.
