Delhi HC: Failure to Issue Notice for Additional Payment Does Not Preclude Later Claim - 18.04.2022

Delhi High Court has held that the failure on the part of the contractor to issue notice under the contract does not deprive him of his right to claim additional payment before the arbitral tribunal.
