NCLAT, Delhi: Quantum of Debt Not to be Decided At Stage of Admission of S. 7 IBC Application - 18.04.2022

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has observed that the quantum of debt is not to be considered at the stage of admission of a petition under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
