Chhattisgarh HC: Mandatory to Place Report of Further Investigation Carried Out Before Magistrate - 18.04.2022

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that in cases where an additional investigation has been carried out then irrespective of its outcome, such further investigation report is required to be placed before the Court of Magistrate.
