Chhattisgarh HC: MSME Facilitation Council can Also Administer Arbitration - 18.04.2022

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that the bar under section 80 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 which prevents the conciliator acting as the arbitrator does not apply to Ministry of Micro, small & Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council.
