Madras HC: TPO to Mandatorily Pass Order Determining Arm's Length Pricing Within 60 Days - 18.04.2022

Madras High Court has observed that the transfer pricing officer must mandatorily pass the order to determine arm's length pricing within 60 days, stating that inability to issue an order will influence the Assessing Officer's order, for which outer time limit has been specified.
