Bombay HC: Jurisdiction u/s 100CPC is Limited That Even Wrong or Inexcusable Finding of Fact - 15.04.2022

Bombay High Court has held that jurisdiction under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is so limited that even a wrong or grossly inexcusable finding of fact cannot be interfered with and hence refused to do so.
