Punjab & Haryana HC Allows Refund of Court Fees, Parties Entitled to Refund in Case of Compromise - 14.04.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has reiterated that parties are allowed to refund of court fees even in case of compromise entered into outside the Court.
