Karnataka HC Grants Bail to Juvenile Incarcerated for 2.5 Yrs - 14.04.2022

Karnataka High Court has passed an order to grant bail while observing that the maximum punishment in regard of allegation of conspiring with adult accused persons is of 3 years and he has already spent about 2½ years in custody.
