Madras HC Orders to Release Goods and Vehicles on Payment of 25% Penalty Imposed - 13.04.2022

Madras High Court has ordered to release the goods and vehicles detained on payment of 25 % of the penalty imposed and held that as the alleged violation, albeit being small, is recurring, the Petitioner can still agitate the penalty before the appellate authority.
