Rajasthan HC: Appeals u/s 58 RERA Act to be Filed with Court Fees - 13.04.2022

Rajasthan High Court has held that where there is no specific provision for payment of Court fees on appeals under Section 58 of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority Act, 2016, the Court fees of Rs.5000 under Rule 37 of the RERA Rules, 2017 to be paid on appeal before the High Court.
