Allahabad HC: Section 6 of GST Act is Enacted to Avoid Possibility of Conflicting Orders - 11.04.2022

Allahabad High Court has observed that section 6 of Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 is enacted to avoid possibility of orders of conflict and holds no inherent lack of jurisdiction in the impugned order.
