Punjab & Haryana HC: Appointment on Contractual Basis Without Public Advertisement Not Regularized - 11.04.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has observed that employees appointed on contractual basis sans any advertisement and contrary to the provisions of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India, 1949 do not have right to regularization.
