Rajasthan HC: Denial to Prisoner to Perform Conjugal Relation for Progeny Affect Rights of His Wife - 08.04.2022

Rajasthan High Court has held that denial to the convict-prisoner to perform conjugal relationship with his wife for the purpose of progeny would adversely affect the rights of his wife. The Court has granted 15 days parole to the life convict in this regard.
