Madras HC: Quota for Government School Students in Medical Admissions Justified - 08.04.2022

Madras High Court has upheld the validity of Tamil Nadu Admission to Undergraduate Courses in Medicine, Dentistry, Indian Medicine and Homeopathy on favored basis to students of Government Schools, providing for 7.5% reservation in admission to undergraduate medical/dental courses.
