Madras HC: Unilateral Refusal to Consummate Marriage is Ground for Divorce - 06.04.2022

Madras High Court has reiterated that marriage can be dissolved by decree of divorce on a petition filed either by the husband or the wife on the ground that the other party as after the solemnization of the marriage has not cooperated to consummate the marriage.
