Supreme Court Asks Supertech IRP to Segregate Homebuyers' Claims from Other Creditors - 05.04.2022

Supreme Court has directed the Interim Resolution Professional(IRP) of Supertech Ltd., undergoing insolvency resolution after demolition of its twin towers in Noida, to segregate the claims of unpaid homebuyers from other creditors.
