AAAR, Tamil Nadu: Strengthening of Headquarters Building of TANGEDCO Attracts 18% GST - 05.04.2022

Appellate Authority of Advance Ruling, Tamil Nadu has ruled that strengthening of headquarters building of Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited is not an activity regarding relation to generation and distribution of electricity and attracts 18% GST.
