Jharkhand HC Rejects Plea to Seek Regularization of Persons Engaged Under MNREGA - 04.04.2022

Jharkhand High Court has rejected a writ plea filed by 39 persons working on the sanctioned post of Gram Rojgar Sewak under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 scheme to regularize persons employed under MNREGA.
