Delhi HC: Challenge against Appointment of Arbitrator Can't Be Under Section 14 of the A&C Act - 04.04.2022

Delhi High Court has observed that Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (A&C Act) does not provide a separate remedy to the parties for challenging the appointment of an arbitrator, notwithstanding the provisions under Section 13 of the Act.
