Allahabad HC Dismisses Revision Plea to Challenge Discharge of MP Sakshi Maharaj in Rape, Kidnapping - 04.04.2022

Allahabad High Court has dismissed a revision plea filed by the State Government against the discharge order in favour of BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj in regard to a rape and kidnapping case.
