Madras HC: Law of Limitation Substantive in Nature, Parties to Follow Prescribed Periods - 04.04.2022

Madras High Court has held that the Law of Limitation is substantive and that the litigations and appeals are to be filed within the period of limitation as prescribed under the Statutes.
