CESTAT, Ahmedabad: Process of Segregation of Waste is Manufacture Activity - 01.04.2022

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal Ahmedabad has observed that the process of segregation of waste amounts to manufacturing activity, and therefore the benefit of concessional Notification No. 23/2003 dated 31.03.2003 shall be approved to the assessee.
