CESTAT, Ahmadabad: Cenvat Credit Can’t be Denied for Warranty Services Provided Free of Cost - 01.04.2022

Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmadabad has reiterated that the cenvat credit can’t be denied on warranty services during the warranty period provided free of cost.
