MP HC: Condition of Living in Separation for One Year Can't be Waived - 31.03.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that one year period of living separately is a must for filing of an application for divorce by mutual consent under Section 13B(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and that waiver of this period under Section 14 of the Act is not permitted.
