Allahabad HC: Long Period of Incarceration Can be Fresh Grounds for Bail - 31.03.2022

Allahabad High Court has observed that if there is no possibility of concluding the trial in near future and the accused applicant has been in jail for a considerably long period then such a long period of incarceration may be considered as a fresh ground for the purpose of grant of bail.
