Allahabad HC: Co-Accused Cannot be Convicted if Main Accused Acquitted After Examination - 31.03.2022

Allahabad High Court has held that in view of the testimony of witnesses if one accused is acquitted, no criminal proceeding can be sustained against co-accused with the same allegation on the same set of witnesses.
