Circular on Mutual Funds

The Securities and Exchange Board of India notified amendments to increase transparency through the Consolidated Account Statement issued to investors. Additional information to be included is the total purchase value or cost of investment in each scheme. Mutual funds will have also have to make additional disclosure in the offer documents, including the tenure of the fun manager, portfolio holdings and more.
