Delhi HC: Not Compulsory to Register or Pay Stamp Duty on Family Settlements - 30.03.2022

Delhi High Court has decided that it is not mandatory to compulsorily register family settlements and to pay stamp duty when such settlement is arrived at as an oral partition and later is put into writing for the purpose of information.
