CESTAT, Chennai: Employer Ineligible for Cenvat Credit on Canteen Services - 30.03.2022

Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Chennai has observed that the employer is not eligible for the cenvat credit on the canteen services provided to employee since outdoor catering service is ineligible for input service credit after amendment dated 1.4.2011
