Supreme Court Asks Company to Close Down Further Construction of Karwar Port - 30.03.2022

Supreme Court had issued notice in a petition which challenged the second stage development of the commercial Karwar port in Karnataka. The Court has orally asked the construction company not to carry out further construction activities with regard to the project.
