Kerala HC: No Illegality in Invoking LARR Act for Land Acquisition - 30.03.2022

Kerala High Court has reiterated that the State government was reasonable in acquiring land in furtherance of its K-Rail SilverLine Project by invoking provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (LARR Act).
