Allahabad HC: Matrimonial Case Cannot Be Transferred On Ground of Distance/ Financial Stress - 30.03.2022

Allahabad High Court has held that once an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been allowed and uninterrupted litigation expenses are being paid to a party, he/she cannot file transfer application on the ground of distance and financial stress.
