SEBI cautions investors against investing in unlisted companies

The Securities and Exchange Board of India cautioned against unlisted companies luring retail investors by issuing securities without complying with company and security regulations. Listed are 233 entities and individuals who have been advised to not act as Debenture Trustees without registering with the Board.
