NCLT Orders Insolvency Proceedings Against Supertech in Rs. 432 Crore Default Case - 28.03.2022

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has declared Real estate developer Supertech bankrupt by the. The Court has ordered initiation of insolvency proceedings against the real estate firm for non-payment of about Rs. 432 crore worth dues.
