Allahabad HC Orders to File Affidavit Disclosing Steps Taken in Bulandshahr Custodial Death Case - 28.03.2022

Allahabad High Court has ordered the additional chief secretary Uttar Pradesh to file a personal affidavit disclosing the steps taken by the State in Bulandshahr Custodial Death Case. The Court has also asked the ACS to submit an explanation, before April 19, over the actions taken against the police officers responsible in the case.
