ITAT, Agra: No Late Fee for Failure to File TDS/TCS Returns Prior to 1st June - 24.03.2022

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Agra has held that the late fee shall not apply under section 234E of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for the failure to file TDS/TCS returns prior to 1st June 2015.
