Bombay HC Upholds Order Allowing Bondholders to Vote on Resolution of RCFL - 23.03.2022

Bombay High Court has upheld the single-judge bench order in October allowing bondholders to vote on the debt resolution of Reliance Commercial Finance (RCFL), overruling an objection by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and bringing the resolution of the distressed company one step closer to fruition.
