Bombay HC Grants Relief Against Demolition of Juhu Residence of Union Minister Narayan Rane - 23.03.2022

Bombay High Court has granted some reprieve against demolition of parts of the eight-floor Juhu residence of Union minister Narayan Rane. The Court has asked the BMC to decide a regularization application made by the owner and not to take any corrective steps till then.
