Karnataka HC: Private Complaint Before Magistrate Court Alleging Offence u/s 191 IPC Maintainable - 17.03.2022

Karnataka High Court has said that a private complaint made before the magistrate court alleging offence under section 191 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 is maintainable, if the forgery of document took place outside the Court before the document was produced as evidence in the court proceedings.
