CESTAT, Ahmedabad: Extended Period of Limitation Not Invoked When No Suppression - 16.03.2022

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Ahmedabad has ruled that the extended period of limitation was not invoked as there was no suppression or wilful misstatement on the part of the Adani Enterprise.
