Meghalaya HC: Rubbing Male Organ on Vagina or Urethra Over Victim's Underpants Amounts to Rape - 16.03.2022

Meghalaya High Court has held that rubbing male organ on the vagina or urethra of prosecutrix despite she wearing her underpants, would still amount to penetration for the purpose of Section 375(b) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
