Bombay HC: Students Passing 10th/ 12th Standard from Outside Maharashtra Not Eligible for State Quota - 16.03.2022

Bombay High Court has held that a medical aspirant domiciled in Maharashtra, but having passed 10th or 12th standard from outside the state shall not be eligible to avail the benefit under State quota for the purpose of NEET-UG examination.
