Madras HC: No Absolute Law That Government Servant’s Suspension Order Cannot be Extended - 16.03.2022

Madras High Court has ruled that the Supreme Court did not lay down any absolute proposition of law that a government servant’s suspension order cannot be continued beyond three months if a charge memo had not been issued by then.
