Bombay HC Refuses to Direct Release of Nawab Malik in Money Laundering Case - 15.03.2022

Bombay High Court has refused to direct the release of Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Nawab Malik in a money laundering case over his involvement in terror funding based on a 1999- 2005 land deal concerning Dawood Ibrahim's sister.
