P&H HC: Failure to Prove Motive Not Fatal to Case of Prosecution - 14.03.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that even though motive bears significance in cases of circumstantial evidences, however, failure to prove the same may not necessarily be fatal to the prosecution case if otherwise the chain of circumstances linking the accused with the alleged crime stands established.
