Rajasthan HC Upholds Rejection of Candidature Under Outstanding Sports Persons Category - 14.03.2022

Rajasthan High Court has upheld the rejection of petitioner's candidature under Outstanding Sports Person category for appointment for the post of Compounder, observing that ShootingBall Federation of India's circuitous affiliation with the Indian Olympic Association through Rajasthan State Olympic Association cannot be recognized.
