Karnataka HC Seeks Info About Cases Against MP/MLAs In Which State Govt. Filed Withdrawal Application - 08.03.2022

Karnataka High Court has directed its Registrar General to furnish fresh information regarding the cases registered against Member of Parliament, Member of Legislative Assembly/Council in which the State Government has filed Withdrawal Application under Section 321 of Cr.P.C.
