Madras HC: Employee Can't Claim Specific Post When Two Posts Are In The Same Cadre With Identical Pay - 08.03.2022

Madras High Court while deciding the issue related to appointment and promotion has observed that when service conditions are not infringed from and out of the administrative transfers, the Government employees have no right to claim a specific post as their choice.
