Gujarat HC Grants Relief To Lawyers Against Demand Notices Issued By CGST Department - 08.03.2022

Gujarat High Court while granting relief to lawyers observed that no coercive action should be taken against them in relation to notices issued to them by the Central Goods and Service Tax Department demanding payment of service tax/GST.
